What is Priority processing?

Priority can speed up supported requests on Pro and Max. It uses more credits only when priority is actually used, and you can turn it on or off at any time.

What am I actually paying for?

Your plan sets Zinley’s capabilities and limits. Credits pay for the work it completes, including replies, calls, tool use, scheduled tasks, and media. Its identity and memory stay the same on every plan.

What counts as usage, and what happens when I hit the limit?

Zinley uses credits for replies, calls, tool use, scheduled tasks, and media generation. You get daily and monthly credits with your plan: daily credits refresh every day (10 on Free, 20 on Plus, 100 on Pro, 200 on Max) and are spent before your monthly credits. If you run out, new work pauses by default. It can continue after you buy wallet credits or through an eligible paid continuation option you already enabled.

Can I choose how many credits I get?

Yes. On Plus, Pro, and Max, you can choose a larger monthly credit allowance at checkout. Every plan can buy wallet credits that never expire. Plus, Pro, and Max can also enable automatic wallet top-ups. Every price is shown before you confirm.

Why did automatic top-up charge me $10 more than once?

First check the receipt. Zinley Wallet Auto Top-up is a prepaid $10 wallet pack bought whenever your balance falls below its threshold; saving the rule can trigger the first purchase immediately. Extra Usage, when available, is separate postpaid work collected at a $10 threshold by default. Neither charge buys a fixed amount of time, and different work spends credits at different rates. Automatic wallet top-ups are capped at $50 per day and $250 per month. To stop automatic wallet purchases, open Dashboard, Billing & Usage, then Billing and turn off Automatic wallet top-ups. If the receipt says Extra Usage and you want it disabled, contact support. Check Recent activity under Usage to see what spent the credits.

Can I make real phone calls on Free?

Yes. Eligible new accounts can try a first number free for 30 days. The renewal price is shown before you keep the line. Free handles one call at a time for up to 15 minutes, while paid plans increase the length and number of simultaneous calls.

When I talk to Zinley in the app, does that use phone-call minutes?

No. In-app voice uses credits like other Zinley work. Phone-call limits only apply when someone calls your Zinley number or Zinley places a real call.

How do I text Zinley, and is texting free?

Accepted Answer

Texting is available on every plan through Zinley’s shared text line. Verify your phone as trusted, then save the shared number and message it through iMessage, RCS, or SMS. Texts use credits, with no separate message fee.

Is the text line the same as the phone number I claim?

No. Your claimed number is for calls. Texting currently uses Zinley’s shared text line, and Zinley recognizes you by the trusted number you send from.

How do I send work to another computer?

Install Zinley on each Mac, Windows PC, or Linux computer and sign in with the same account. Choose the computer under Runs on, mention it with @, or say its name in your message. It must be running, signed in, and have Zinley access on. The result returns to the same conversation. Cross-device work is included with Plus and higher.

Is it the same Zinley on every computer?

Yes. Every connected computer belongs to the same private Zinley. Its identity, conversations, people, rules, and unfinished work stay together. Availability and permissions remain separate for each computer.

What devices does Zinley run on?

Can I switch or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades can apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. Billing shows the effective date before you confirm.
